Our Full Production Services
Films (Short & long form)
-
For films, timelines can range from an intensive one-day shoot to productions developed over one to two years, depending on story, budget, and locations. We build flexible crews from 3 to 20 people and can scale further when the project requires it. Most of the work happens in pre-production, where we define the needs, assemble the team, plan logistics, scout locations, and prepare props and sets. Based on this, we determine the production schedule, post-production window, and the full cinema-grade gear package best suited for the film. Complex films require deeper development, so we tailor crew size, gear and schedule to the story, not the other way around.
-
We deliver the finished film in whatever video or audio format the client, producer, festival or distributor requires, from web ready files to ProRes masters, DCP and archival versions, with resolutions up to 12K where the budget allows. Our color team can emulate Arri, Venice and other high end looks through professional grading, and when required and budgeted we can also shoot on Arri cameras. We provide multiple versions of the film if needed, along with a professional teaser, one or more trailers, key art, posters and stills, behind the scenes edits and photography, and full project documentation. When requested, we can also supply platform specific exports for cinema, streaming and social media, subtitles and captions in multiple languages, separate audio stems for dialogue, music and effects, and a complete press and festival package so the film is ready for distribution and promotion from day one.
-
For film, pricing is built around the real needs of the production, from pre-production through shoot and post-production, and can range from smaller projects in the €3,000–€10,000 bracket to large-scale films in the €100,000–€1,000,000 range or beyond, depending on scale and ambition. With creative planning and support from The Collaborators, our network of juniors and emerging talent, we can often deliver visuals that feel far above the apparent budget, while larger budgets allow us to expand the crew, schedule, and tools for more complex stories. We are transparent about what is possible for a given budget and always help clients align expectations with resources, sometimes by reshaping the concept, scope, or techniques used, for example shorter formats or selective use of AI instead of full traditional VFX. Every quote reflects the actual work, talent, and time required, so meaningful negotiation happens in the concept and scope, not by cutting corners on quality.
Commercials, Promos & Digital Content
-
For commercials and promos, we tailor the crew size to each campaign, from agile setups of 1 to 2 people to full teams of 6 to 8 or more when needed. We produce spots for cars, architecture and real estate, fashion and beauty brands, tech products and apps, hospitality and tourism, food and beverage, sports clubs and federations, NGOs and social campaigns, corporate image films, product launches, social media promos, and more, and we can also handle large projects around the world with a small, highly efficient crew, such as travel and destination commercials. All productions are filmed with our professional Sony and Blackmagic cinema cameras, supported by high end lenses, lighting, audio, and grip, and can be adapted to any specific camera requirement. Depending on the concept and complexity, delivery timelines range from about one to two weeks for simple or fast turnaround ideas up to two months for more elaborate campaigns, always covering the full process from pre-production through production and post-production.
For ongoing digital content such as podcasts, social clips, behind the scenes, masterclasses or cooking shows, we typically work with a compact crew of 1–2 people, using our in house Sony and Blackmagic cinema cameras, lenses, audio kits and, where needed, drones. Depending on the content plan, projects can range from single day shoots to recurring sessions over several weeks or months, with the setup optimised for fast, efficient production. -
For commercials and promos, we deliver master files in professional codecs for broadcast and online use, along with platform ready exports in multiple aspect ratios such as 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5. Depending on the campaign, we can include main films and cutdowns in 6, 10, 15, 30, and 60 second versions, plus clean versions without graphics or text for localisation, different language versions, subtitles, and separate audio stems for voice, dialogue, music, and sound design. We also provide high resolution key frames, product and campaign stills, behind the scenes assets when requested, and a well organised archive of project files so the brand can continue to adapt, re cut, or extend the campaign in the future.
We deliver content in social media ready formats for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, with vertical, square or horizontal versions as needed, and can upscale or adapt selected materials to higher quality masters suitable for websites, presentations or broadcast. Packages can include full episodes, reels and shorts, cutdowns, thumbnails, still frames, trailer style teasers and custom assets aligned with the client’s content strategy. -
Pricing for commercials and promos at eNfinity Studios© starts from €2,500 for smaller, focused productions and can go up to €50,000 or more for large-scale campaigns with complex concepts, bigger crews, and extensive deliverables for major brands. Every budget is tailored to the needs of the project, taking into account creative scope, crew size, gear, locations, and the full journey from pre-production to production and post-production. Special negotiated agreements are always possible for unique ideas, long-term collaborations, or projects with specific budget constraints, as long as expectations and resources are aligned transparently.
For digital and online focused content, pricing usually starts from €500–€1,000 per deliverable or shooting day, depending on the scope, frequency and editing needs. These setups are leaner and technically lighter than full scale commercials and promos, which are designed to be high end campaigns, but we still keep a professional standard for image, sound and consistency while adapting to the realities of online content budgets.
Documentaries
-
For documentary work, we usually operate with a compact crew of 2–6 people, scaling up when the story, locations, or logistics demand it. Our core toolkit is built around our in-house Sony FX3 and FX6 cinema line, chosen for their rich color science, internal ND filters, and high ISO performance, which lets us move quickly and adapt to changing light and environments without sacrificing image quality. We focus on sports documentaries, cultural and character driven stories, music and artist portraits, branded and NGO focused docs, educational pieces, travel and adventure stories, and behind the scenes or process driven films, but our diverse skill set allows us to take on virtually any kind of documentary. In terms of duration, we can handle everything from short standalone pieces to feature-length documentaries and multi-episode series, with typical timelines ranging from about one month for focused shorts to six months or up to a year for broader, ongoing projects.
-
For documentaries, we deliver a complete package, not just a single file. The main film is supplied in the formats, resolutions, frame rates and aspect ratios required by platforms, broadcasters or festivals, including separate masters for cinema, streaming and social media where needed. We can provide teasers, trailers, short cutdowns, vertical versions, posters and key art, behind the scenes edits, and a curated selection of stills for press and socials. For more complex projects we also prepare an electronic press kit, dialogue lists, subtitles and captions, plus clean versions without graphics or music if required for reversioning. All deliverables are archived and documented so the project can evolve over time, whether you need new cuts, future seasons or additional language versions.
-
For documentary work, pricing is built around the real needs and reach of each project, from pre-production through the shoot and post-production. Smaller, focused documentaries typically range from €5,000 to €30,000, while larger, multi-location or high-intensity projects usually fall between €100,000 and €500,000. Long-form productions or full documentary series designed for OTT platforms such as Netflix can reach up to around €1,000,000.
Every quote is built from the ground up, taking into account research and development, shooting days, crew size, travel and accommodation, equipment package, licensing and archive rights, music, and delivery requirements. We are transparent about what is realistic for each budget and help clients adjust the scope, format, or execution so the final documentary feels as strong, cinematic, and impactful as possible for the resources invested.
Events, Concerts & Shows
-
For events, concerts, and shows, we scale duration and crew to match the size of the production, from one-day coverage to multi-week or season-long festivals that run through spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Depending on the brief, a typical team can include two to four camera operators, dedicated photographers, drone operators, and audio specialists, with the option to expand further for large festivals or multi-stage setups. We film arts and performance festivals, music festivals, conferences, theatre productions, comedy and stand-up shows, dance and contemporary performance, sports events such as MMA, football, hockey, rugby, volleyball, and many other live experiences. All productions are captured with our in-house Sony and Blackmagic cinema cameras, paired with professional lenses, drones, stabilisers, and broadcast-level audio solutions. We can also brand handheld and interview microphones with the client’s logo so that the final content feels fully integrated into the client’s own identity. Whether the goal is full-event coverage, daily episodes, reels, teasers, or a cinematic aftermovie, we design the crew and gear package around the specific needs of the event while keeping the setup efficient and production-ready.
-
For events, concerts and shows, we deliver a complete visual and audio package tailored to the client’s needs and platforms. This can include full-length event films, multi-cam recordings of entire performances, cinematic aftermovies, highlight reels, teasers and promos, as well as short-form edits for social media in multiple formats and aspect ratios. We can provide daily or next day delivery for selected assets, such as reels, stories or recap videos, when required and when the budget and workflow are aligned with this pace.
In addition, we can deliver artist or speaker focused cuts, sponsor specific edits, branded content for partners, interview segments, Q&A sessions and backstage or behind-the-scenes pieces. On the audio side, we can handle multi-track recording, mixing and basic mastering for live performances, and integrate this into the final videos or export it separately when needed.
Every project can also include photography packages, thumbnail ready stills, poster ready key visuals, and curated image selections for press kits, websites and social media. Where relevant, we add titles, lower thirds, logo animations, intro and outro graphics, subtitles and multi-language versions so the content is ready to publish across all major platforms. Final delivery is done in the formats and resolutions the client prefers, with organised archives and optional long term storage, as long as everything fits within the agreed budget and scope.
-
For events, concerts, and festivals, our pricing starts at €2,500 for one full production day. This includes a cinematic aftermovie produced in a high end documentary style, a next day delivery teaser, and a crew of three to four operators, configured to best fit the project.
It is worth noting that this price is below current market rates. In most cases, a similar budget would only cover basic filming with a single operator and a simple aftermovie, without photography, fast deliveries, or extended outputs. Our offer includes the entire production pipeline, from pre production and on site production to full post production, all documented through clear contracts, deliverables, and timelines, with money back guarantees where applicable.
For two consecutive days, the total price increases by €800, with each additional day calculated at €500 to €800, depending on scope and logistics. These packages include next day delivery of edited photos, video reels, dailies, and cinematic short edits.
For long term collaborations, such as extended festivals or productions lasting up to 60 days, with filming and photography sessions of eight to ten hours per day, a complete team package typically ranges between €40,000 and €50,000. This includes daily deliveries, cinematic trailers, teasers, pre show promotional content, and high quality artistic photography.
As project duration increases, the cost per day decreases, allowing premium quality at a sustainable budget level. Every offer is tailored to the client’s needs, scale, and objectives, with a focus on delivering strong value, high quality, and a fully professional, documented production process.
Music Videos
-
For music videos, timelines are flexible and scale with the concept. For simple projects with a clear idea and streamlined pre-production, we can take a video from brief to final export in roughly 7 to 10 days, while more complex, story driven or highly stylised pieces can run from about one week up to three months, including pre-production, shooting and post-production. Most music videos can be handled by a compact crew of 2 to 4 professionals, and when needed we can expand the team to support larger sets, choreography or more elaborate art direction. We generally work with Sony and Blackmagic cinema cameras paired with professional lenses, lighting, grip and stabilisation, but we can adapt to any preferred camera system the artist, label or agency requires.
-
For music videos, we deliver a fully finished master in the resolutions and codecs required by labels, broadcasters and online platforms, with options for 4K and above depending on budget. Each project can include the main music video, performance or alternative edits, lyric versions, clean versions if needed, as well as short cuts for social media such as vertical and square exports optimised for TikTok, Reels and Stories. We also provide professionally graded stills for cover art and thumbnails, behind the scenes photo and video packages, and full documentation of the production. On request, we can supply multiple delivery formats, subtitles, and technical reports, and where agreed we can archive or share project files for future re-edits or extended campaigns.
-
For music videos, pricing is built around the concept, scale, and level of ambition, with budgets typically ranging from €2,500 up to around €30,000. Each quote is tailored to the real needs of the project, including pre-production, production, and post-production, as well as crew size, equipment, locations, art direction, and delivery requirements. In specific cases where the idea is focused and does not require a complex setup, we can discuss adjusted or negotiated pricing, as long as expectations remain realistic. Our goal is always to maximise production value within the available budget, without cutting corners on quality or the professionalism of the team.
Cinematic Weddings & Celebrations
-
For weddings, save the dates, and celebrations, we usually work with a compact crew of 1 to 3 people, most often two videographers and one photographer, scaled up or down depending on the size of the event. We film weddings, engagements, save the dates, birthday parties such as sweet 16 or 18, and all types of private celebrations, capturing everything needed for cinematic films, highlight edits, and beautiful photo collections. We work with our full in house gear, including professional cameras, lenses, drones, lights, and audio, so we can cover the day from every important angle. Depending on the scope of the event and the complexity of the edit, delivery usually takes between two and four weeks from the event date.
-
For weddings and celebrations, we tailor our deliverables to the needs and budget of each couple or client. We can provide a full cinematic wedding film, highlight film, teaser, save the date video, social media reels, photo galleries, curated digital albums, and high-resolution print-ready images. Where requested, we can also produce TV-ready versions for high-end weddings that need broadcast compliant formats and delivery.
We integrate interviews and personal messages into the cinematic aftermovie, creating a narrative that feels intimate and timeless rather than just a simple event recap. At the client’s request, we can also film and edit the entire event from start to finish in a polished long-form version, alongside shorter edits dedicated to key moments such as the ceremony, first dance, speeches, or party.
We are also open to more creative concepts, including short films built around the wedding day or celebration, for clients who want to turn this moment into a fully scripted and stylised film. We have successfully produced this type of project in the past and can adapt structure, pacing, and style to match any vision, as long as it fits within the agreed budget.
-
Pricing for weddings, save the dates, and celebrations at eNfinity Studios© starts from €1,500 for a core package that includes one videographer, one photographer, one cinematic aftermovie, and a curated selection of photos, with next-day delivery for part of the images. For clients who want a fully high-end experience, packages can reach €20,000, including full coverage, multiple edits for social media, TV-ready masters, and the option to create an additional short cinematic film or documentary-style piece alongside the main aftermovie. Beyond the initial package, we are open to negotiations for unique ideas, tailoring the production and deliverables to match the client’s vision and budget.
Our Production Process
Defining the Needs and Vision
1. We begin with a free consultation to understand the client’s goals, audience, expectations and creative preferences. Together we establish the project’s direction, clarify budget limits, outline the deliverables and create a unified brief that defines tone, message and visual approach. This stage ensures that everyone involved shares the same vision before production begins.
pre-production
2. Once the brief is approved, we refine the concept into a visual plan, develop style guides, create story outlines or storyboards when needed, and assemble the appropriate team for the project. We organise all logistics, such as scheduling, travel, accommodation, permissions, location prep and equipment planning. Pre-production builds a solid foundation, eliminating uncertainties and preparing the crew for a seamless execution.
production
3. Our team captures the project according to the approved plan, maintaining flexibility for real-world moments that enhance the story. We film the core content, cinematic interviews when required, location visuals, key details and supporting material, including drone footage where possible. Throughout production, we follow the brief with precision while ensuring a professional, organised and efficient on-set environment.
4. We edit, colour grade, sound design and create graphics to deliver a polished final product that aligns with the established style and goals. Subtitles, formats and versions for different platforms are included when needed. Each project includes one major round of revisions, ensuring the client’s feedback is integrated smoothly. Final deliverables are provided in ready-to-publish formats according to the client’s requirements.

FAQs
-
Not necessarily. Our prices depend first on what you need and what your real budget is, not on how much we can charge. One of the first questions we ask is, “What is your budget and what do you want to achieve?” We ask this to understand how complex we can make the project, not to push the number higher. If your budget is more than we actually need, we will tell you.
For example, a ten minute short film with actors, crew, multiple locations, props, editing, foley sound and colour grading can fairly reach around €10,000 in Romania, because the workload and responsibility are very high. On the other hand, a focused promo that needs only two crew members, one model and a simple public location can look very professional for around €800. There are also smaller, very specific projects that can stay under €500, and there are large productions that simply require bigger budgets.
If a client’s budget cannot realistically support the exact idea they have in mind, we do not just say no. We propose alternatives that can achieve a similar or sometimes even better result for less money, whether that means a different format, a shorter version, a smarter production approach or selective use of technology like AI. The quality of the process stays professional in every scenario, and many clients end up saving money because we design the project around what they truly need, not around a fixed price tag.
-
Every price starts from the project, not from a random number. First we clarify the goals, audience, format and level of ambition, then we break the work down into pre-production, production and post-production, and estimate what is truly needed at each stage. This includes crew size and seniority, equipment packages, locations, travel and logistics, art direction, editing, colour grading, sound, graphics, revisions and final deliverables. From there we build a transparent estimate that reflects real work, real people and real time, rather than simply charging as much as possible. If a client’s budget is higher than what is needed, we say so. If the budget is lower than what the original idea requires, we look for smart ways to adapt the concept, format or workflow so that the result still feels strong and professional within the available resources. In short, our pricing is a balance between creative ambition, practical reality and respect for everyone’s time, talent and money.
-
Yes, 100%. Within film, video and digital content, we can cover almost any type of project as long as there is a budget and it is technically and ethically feasible. We work across a wide range of formats and industries, from films, documentaries, commercials, promos, digital content, events, concerts, shows, weddings and podcasts to educational content, masterclasses, cooking shows and long term social media collaborations. We never say yes lightly. If we accept a project, it means we are confident we can deliver it at a professional standard, either with our core team or through our extended network, The Collaborators. We adapt the crew, gear and workflow to the brief, and if something sits outside our direct expertise, we bring in the right specialists instead of improvising. Under the right budget and conditions, we can even cover live events on social media or TV through trusted collaborators, often at a lower overall cost than standard market structures. That is also why we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If we say we can do it, it is because we are prepared to stand behind the result.
-
Simple. No matter the budget or type of production, our goal is always to put more value on screen than the number in the contract. A €100,000 production should look and feel like a €200,000–€300,000 one when it reaches the audience, and we design our process to achieve exactly that.
At eNfinity Studios © we put our reputation where our mouth is. We are confident enough in our work to offer a MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE written into the contract if the final delivery does not match the clearly agreed standards. This guarantee is backed by a thorough pre-production process, with clear briefing, planning, approvals, and quality checks, so that no one can abuse it and both sides know exactly what is being delivered.
You are not just trusting promises, you are trusting a documented track record. In only a few years we have completed 350+ projects with a 99% success rate, using Netflix approved gear and a refined production workflow tested across films, documentaries, commercials, events, digital content, and more. We document everything and, on request, can provide references and proof of service, not just nice words.
Big budgets also need control and clarity. Our pricing is transparent and itemised, built from the ground up around pre-production, production, and post-production needs, so you always know where the money goes. We optimise costs without cutting corners on quality, fair pay, or safety, which means you get more value on screen than with a traditional, bloated model.
Another reason to trust us is our scalable team structure. Through our philosophy and network, The Collaborators, we adapt crew and expertise to the size of the project, bringing in the right specialists instead of improvising. Your production benefits from a mix of established professionals and carefully mentored emerging talent, all coordinated under a single coherent workflow.
Finally, before cameras roll, you can see your production in advance through moodboards, visual treatments, and storyboards, so there are no surprises on set. Our portfolio shows that we can handle very different types of productions, and our mindset is simple: we are here to prove ourselves on every project, to deliver more than expected for the budget you have, and to grow into one of the best studios in the industry by consistently standing behind our work.
-
Yes. We can film anywhere in the world as long as it is logistically and legally possible. The core production cost for our work stays consistent regardless of country, which can be a major advantage in markets where local offers are inflated. What changes are the travel related costs such as transport, accommodation and meals for the crew.
We work with a trusted network of professionals based in Romania who are available for international travel, and when a project requires it, we also scout and hire local specialists in the destination country for very specific roles, always within the agreed production budget. This lets us combine the reliability of our core team with the efficiency and cultural insight of local collaborators. In every case, our standard remains the same. Whether the shoot is in Romania or on the other side of the world, eNfinity Studios © delivers at the same professional level.
-
Our Money-Back Guarantee exists to give clients confidence, not to create uncertainty. Every project at eNfinity Studios© goes through a detailed pre-production process where we define the brief, visual direction, logistics, timelines, deliverables, and expectations with full clarity. We storyboard, plan, and approve every major step together with the client so that, before filming begins, everyone knows exactly what will be delivered.
However, as any filmmaker knows, creative work will always contain an element of subjectivity. Quentin Tarantino put it well: “If a million people see my movie, I want them to see a million different films.”
The same applies to any artistic product: different people experience it differently. Because of this, our guarantee does not cover subjective taste, personal preference, or stylistic interpretation. What it does cover are the things that can be objectively verified:
• the agreed-upon logistics
• the timelines and deadlines
• the presence and performance of crew members
• the correct use of equipment
• the technical quality of the final material (image, sound, colour, export)If any objectively measurable element fails due to our responsibility, the guarantee applies.
To keep the process fair and prevent abuse, the guarantee is structured in a way that protects both sides. Pre-production costs are not refundable, because the work has already been completed, delivered, and used to build the entire production. Refunds can only apply to the production and post-production stages, and in real-world cases most refunds occur in post-production, since that is where the final product is shaped.
Internally, each collaborator assumes responsibility for their role. If a critical error occurs due to an individual’s negligence, that collaborator forfeits part—or in serious cases, all—of their earnings for that project. This ensures accountability at every level while protecting clients from avoidable mistakes.
In short:
• subjective taste cannot activate the guarantee
• objectively measurable failures can
• pre-production is non-refundable
• production/post-production refunds apply only when responsibilities are clear
• our internal structure ensures accountability from every team memberThe purpose of the guarantee is simple:
If we promise something, we deliver it. And if we fail on what is objectively measurable, we take responsibility. This system keeps everything transparent, fair, and aligned with our core principle:
we stand behind our work. Always.
